First United Methodist Church - Kaufman
Bishop Saenz is on the road this fall! He will meet with clergy and laity from each district from across the conference to engage in worship and discuss what is next for the North Texas Conference and the United Methodist Church.
All United Methodists across North Texas are encouraged to attend a district visit for an uplifting time of worship and dialogue.
North Texas Conference Visits:
- North Central District – Sept. 16, 9:30-11:30 a.m. at First UMC Allen
- Metro District – Sept. 23, 10 a.m.–noon at Life Center UMC
formerly known as Church of the Disciple) in DeSoto - Metro District – Sept. 23, 2-4 p.m. at Christ UMC in Farmers Branch
- Northwest District – Sept. 30, 1-3 p.m. at First UMC Gainesville
- East District – Oct. 7, 10 a.m.-noon at First UMC Kaufman
- East District – Oct. 7, 3-5 p.m. at First UMC Mt. Vernon
There is no registration for these events. Child care information will be available soon.
Bishop Saenz will also preach at First UMC Sherman, Oct. 1 at the 9 and 11 a.m. services,
and at First UMC Paris, Oct. 8 at the 10:30 a.m. service.
